Koubba rooftop bar is elevated style in Arabesque ambience. Arboretum

Arboretum is a light and spacious organically styled environment in which Arabic design details influence the dining experience. Offering sumptuous all-day dining of international appeal, Arboretum features Arabic dishes of delectable quality and extends to embrace a menu of global appeal. The ambience at Arboretum is distinctly 'of the region' – a style-driven interpretation of traditional Arabic themes. Guests will appreciate the opportunity to dine alfresco on a wide terrace bordering a busy waterway with views of the Arabian Gulf.

Pierchic

The stroll out to sea along the bedecked pier immediately sets the scene for romance.  Pierchic serves only the finest seafood dishes, washed down with a balmy breeze and the serene views of the Gulf's azure waters.  Stylish, serene and simply spectacular – this is, after all, considered to be one of Dubai's most uniquely located culinary destinations.

Khaymat Al Bahar

Magnolia

Magnolia is a new and unique restaurant for Dubai, embracing well-being on every level.  Located alongside the treatment rooms of Talise Spa, vegetarian dishes are served in an harmonious waterside garden setting.  The menu has been carefully designed to include a selection of sumptuous vegetarian dishes, each nutritionally balanced.  Dishes are prepared from only the freshest ingredients which are mostly organic.  The drinks menu includes a wide selection of fruit juice cocktails, organic bubbly and features an array of crystal-enriched water.
