Motu Bungalow

The resort's twenty two Motu Bungalows allow direct access to the beach.  Step off the private deck onto the white sand, you are only steps away from the lagoon.  King or two twin beds are available.  Each bungalow is built in the traditional Polynesian style with thatched roofs made from pandanus leaves.  Inside, high-polished Yucca wood floors, Kaori wood walls, Kohu wood floor-to-ceiling louvres and timber blinds, authentic local-style furnishings, a two-metre couch in the living room, air-conditioning, a bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and double basins, hairdryer, bathrobes, mini-bar, private safe, television, DVD-player, tea & coffee making facilities, ceiling fan, direct dial phone and iron and ironing board.

Premium Motu Bungalow

Located near the beach, each Premium Motu Bungalow is built in the traditional Polynesian style with thatched roofs made from pandanus leaves.  Inside, high-polished Yucca wood floors, Kaori wood walls, Kohu wood floor-to-ceiling louvres and timber blinds, large terrace and private outdoor soaking pool, authentic local-style furnishings, a two-metre couch in the living room, air-conditioning, a bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and double basins, hairdryer, bathrobes, mini-bar, private safe, television, DVD-player, tea & coffee making facilities, ceiling fan, direct dial phone and iron and ironing board.

Overwater Bungalow

The resort has 44 Overwater Bungalows lined along three walkways arrayed from the beach over the lagoon.  The Overwater Bungalow is furnished with a king or two twin beds and a private deck from where steps lead directly into the lagoon. The beautiful underwater sea life can be admired or fed through the illuminated glass-topped coffee table.  Each bungalow is built in the traditional Polynesian style with thatched roofs made from pandanus leaves.  Inside, high-polished Yucca wood floors, Kaori wood walls, Kohu wood floor-to-ceiling louvres and timber blinds, authentic local-style furnishings, a two-metre couch in the living room, air-conditioning, a bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and double basins, hairdryer, bathrobes, mini-bar, private safe, television, DVD-player, tea & coffee making facilities, ceiling fan, direct dial phone and iron and ironing board.

Motu Suite

There are three One-Bedroom Motu Suites, one is located on the main beach and the other two are located on the second beach.  Comprising a bedroom, separate living room with a daybed, these Suites offer enough space to accommodate a rollaway. End of Pontoon Overwater Bungalow

The bungalows are arranged in three separate villages and oriented to views and sunlight with privacy as a key consideration.  Each village is near the beach, swimming areas and communal pavilion.  There are six Overwater End of Pontoon Bungalows located at the end of the connecting teak walkways offering unobstructed views of Mt. Villa

The Two-Bedroom Villa is steps away from the beach. The double-door entrance opens to a stone-tiled living room from where you can view Mt. Otemanu through the sliding glass doors.  Off to each side of the living area are the bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms.  Both bathrooms are tiled in natural stone colours with a shower, separate bathtub and private slate-stone outdoor shower.  This suite offers a private infinity-edged pool surrounded by a wooden deck and garden.  This is ideal for a family with small children, as they can be accommodated under one roof, yet the parents can still have some privacy.  Each bungalow is built in the traditional Polynesian style with thatched roofs made from pandanus leaves.  Inside, high-polished Yucca wood floors, Kaori wood walls, upscale colonial-style furnishings, air-conditioning, two bathrooms with bathtub, separate shower, double basins and outside shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, mini-bar, private safe, television, DVD-player, tea & coffee making facilities, ceiling fan, direct dial phone and iron & iron board.

Rotopa Bar, which faces the hotel's infinity swimming pool, proposes a host of fruity, tasty and refreshing cocktails, perfect for a sunny day by the pool!  Built as a traditional fare with a pandanus roof and fringe, this quaint bar overlooks the pool and is itself a shady oasis from the heat of the sun and the ideal spot to stop for refreshment after the day's activity.

 

The Hiro Bar

 

Hiro Bar is the resort's main lounge located just beside the Otemanu Restaurant and features fabulous views of the lagoon and the hotel's beaches.  Famed for its awe-inspiring views and surrounded by an abundance of exotic flowering trees, Hiro Bar is the perfect place to relax and unwind.  The bar's floor to ceiling refined woods and masterfully crafted bar creates a warm, relaxed setting where guests will truly feel the harmony and serenity of Polynesian Life.  Hiro Bar opens every evening from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm. In addition, for 'tea time' aficionados, Hiro Bar offers tea and small delights every day from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
