in double-storey stone and thatch blocks, Constance Lémuria Resort features 88
Junior Suites, 8 Senior Suites, 8 Two-Bedroom Villas and a Three-Bedroom,
Presidential Villa with 24-hour room service. You can choose from spacious,
beautifully appointed sea facing suites, with Junior and Senior Suites boasting
60 and 115 square-metre floor areas respectively. Each features
air-conditioning, terrace or balcony, private bathtub (facing the sea!) and
separate shower, dressing area, mini-bar and hair dryer. Senior Suites have a
second bathroom, separate living room and double terrace. Especially exclusive in mood are the
eight superb air-conditioned 2-Bedroom Villas (725 sq m), in a garden setting
directly facing the beach. Each has
a private pool and deck, lounge, terrace, bathroom (bath and shower), open-air

Junior Suite
The
Junior Suites, measuring 52 sq m., constructed in wood, marble, stone and pink
granite, amidst the golf course, in lodges on the edge of the lush
interior. All single-storey and
well-equipped, the emphasis is on privacy, intimacy and harmony with the natural
surroundings. Each suite is designed along minimalist, yet luxurious style with
ceiling fans, large bathrooms, a terrace as well as hammocks and sun lounge
chairs in the shade of overhanging palm
trees.

Senior Suite
The
Senior Suites, measuring an impressive 115 sq m., are all exceptionally
spacious. The suites were designed
to blend in with the outstanding natural beauty of its surroundings. Each lavishly appointed room has
all the facilities as described for Junior Suites and in addition has a separate
lounge and a double size
terrace.

Pool Villa
Especially
exclusive in mood are the eight superb air-conditioned 2-bedroom Pool Villas,
measuring an incredible 725 sq m., in a garden setting directly facing the
beach. Each
has a lounge, dining kiosk, massage kiosk, pool deck, open-air bath, terrace,
and swimming pool. Bathroom with separate bath and shower, outside bath and
shower, hair dryer; air-conditioning, television, DVD-player, compact disc and
Sony Play Station (on request), mini-bar, individual safe and walk-in
closet. All villas are serviced by a qualified ‘Villa

Presidential Villa
The
Presidential Villa, measuring 1,250 sq m., stands majestically perched on the
granite blocks of the southern tip of the Anse Kerlan. A real private hotel within the resort,
it has been conceived and designed to offer an absolutely unique
experience. The Villa consists of a
master suite with its private bathroom and an outside Jacuzzi on the terrace as
well as two other suites.
Additionally, it includes a study room, a lounge, a kiosk, a dining room
and three swimming pools at different levels leading to a private
beach.
