The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai rests on Hawaii’s exclusive North Kona coast, surrounded by lush vegetation, sparkling ocean waters and stunning white-sand beaches.  Comfortable and spacious accommodations are housed in intimate two-storey bungalows arranged in small crescents along the beachfront and golf course.  The 243 expansive guest rooms, including 51 suites, feature private furnished lanais and stunning ocean views.  Taking the suites to a new level, the 20 brand new ocean-view Deluxe and Superior Suites are exceptionally spacious, with one or two bedrooms. Deluxe Suites redefine oceanfront indulgence with their inspiring views and private steam showers.  Most lower-level guest rooms and suites offer outdoor gardens and lava rock showers.  Living areas are designed for relaxation and feature an entertainment centre with flat-screen television.  The full granite bathrooms offer a deep soaking tub as well as a separate glass-enclosed shower.

Golf Ocean View Rooms are spacious standard rooms looking toward the ocean across the 18th hole of the Jack Nicklaus-designed championship golf course.  Situated on the upper or lower floor of a bungalow, Golf Ocean View Rooms, measuring 59 square metres, feature a king-size or two double beds.  Golf Ocean View Rooms feature a lanai (balcony) furnished with a table and chairs.  The living area features an entertainment centre with a 42-inch plasma flat-screen television, rattan chaise longue and side table.  Designed with a Hawaiian motif, the furnishings are of local wood.  The full granite bathroom offers a deep soaking tub and separate glass-enclosed shower.  Some Golf Ocean View Rooms on the lower level of the bungalows have outdoor gardens with lava rock showers adjacent to the bathrooms (on request only).

Partial Ocean View Rooms are spacious standard rooms offering easy access to the pools and gardens.  They offer partial views of the Pacific Ocean.  Located throughout the Resort, Partial Ocean View Rooms, measuring 59 square metres, feature a king-size or two double beds.  Partial Ocean View Rooms feature a lanai (balcony) furnished with a table and chairs.  The living area features an entertainment centre with a 42-inch plasma flat-screen television.  The sleeping area includes a rattan chaise longue or sofa bed, side table and a marble-top wooden dresser.  Designed with a Hawaiian motif, the furnishings are of local wood.  The full granite bathroom offers a deep soaking tub and separate glass-enclosed shower.  Some Partial Ocean View Rooms on the lower level of the bungalows have outdoor gardens with lava rock showers adjacent to the bathrooms (on request only).  Select Partial Ocean View Rooms are equipped for wheelchair use.

Prime Ocean View Rooms are spacious, deluxe guest rooms on the bungalows' upper floors, set in four crescents overlooking tropical gardens or pools, and affording views of the ocean and white-sand beach.  Located on the upper level of the two-storey bungalow building, Prime Ocean View Rooms feature a king-size or two double beds.  Wooden shuttered doors lead to a furnished lania (balcony) on the bungalow's second floor.  The living area features an entertainment centre with a 42-inch plasma flat-screen television, chaise longue, dining table, coffee-maker, table and chairs.  Designed with a Hawaiian motif, the rattan furnishings are complemented by hardwood trim and a slate floor.  The full granite bathroom offers a deep soaking tub and separate glass-enclosed shower.  Prime Ocean View Rooms measure 59 square metres.

Oceanfront Rooms are spacious standard rooms situated closest to the ocean near the end of the four crescents.  They offer beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean.  Located closest to the ocean, at the tip of the crescents, Oceanfront Rooms, measuring 59 square metres, feature a king-size bed.  Oceanfront Rooms feature a lanai (balcony) furnished with table and chairs.  The living area features an entertainment centre with a 42-inch plasma flat-screen television, and a double sofa bed.   The sleeping area offers a rattan chaise longue, side table and marble-top wooden dresser. Designed with a Hawaiian motif, the furnishings are made of local wood.  The full granite bathroom offers a deep soaking tub and separate glass-enclosed shower.  Select Oceanfront Rooms are equipped for wheelchair use.
