the northern edge of the Lhaviyani Atoll, 40 minutes by seaplane from Malé,
Kuredu is one of the largest islands in the Maldives, with
over 3.5 miles of sandy beaches.
The informal and lively resort boasts a wealth of facilities as well as a

Facilities Common to all Rooms
There
are several accommodation options on Kuredu Island which include Garden Bungalows,
Beach Bungalows, Beach Villas, Jacuzzi Beach Villas, Sangu Water Villas and
Sultan Pool Villas. The
accommodation has been recently redesigned and comfortably furnished using local
rattan furniture. The accommodation
is thatched and the Water Villas sit on stilts in the shallow waters. All the accommodation climbs to
different heights of luxury featuring air-conditioning, CD-player, tea/coffee
making facilities, mini-bar, safe, telephone and beach towels. All the accommodation found on the
island is spacious and features open-air bathrooms with walk-in rainforest
showers and gardens, wooden sundecks and sun loungers.

Beach Villa
Cosy,
comfortable Beach Villas with magnificent views of the Indian Ocean located on the fine white beach a few steps
from the beautiful lagoon on the south centre part of the island. These villas,
measuring 60 sq m. including veranda, have a spacious bedroom and sitting area,
a small garden and are exquisitely furnished with wrought iron furniture,
romantic open-air bathrooms with walk-in shower, and feature a furnished
veranda. Beach Villas feature
air-conditioning, four-poster bed, ceiling fan, mini-bar, safe, telephone,
CD-player, coffee-making facilities, beach towels, hairdryer, a veranda and sun
beds.

Sangu Water Villa
Fabulous
villas on wooden columns in the north-west side of the lagoon with a romantic
view of the sunset from the secluded furnished veranda, sun deck and steps down
to the beautiful lagoon. From the
veranda you can watch baby reef-sharks learning to hunt or small rays resting in
the quiet lagoon. These villas,
measuring 70 sq m. including veranda, have a spacious bedroom and sitting area
exquisitely furnished with wrought iron furniture with panoramic views of the
Indian Ocean and bathrooms with walk-in shower
overlooking the turquoise lagoon. Water Villas feature air-conditioning,
four-poster bed, ceiling fan, mini-bar, safe, telephone, 32-inch flat-screen
television, CD-player, coffee-making facilities, beach towels, hairdryer, a
veranda and sun beds. The Sangu
Water Villas have a beautiful bar and restaurant in traditional Maldivian style
and separate check-in at the Sangu Hospitality Reception. Patrons in the Sangu Villas have also
the option to eat in the other main restaurants – Koamas and The 'O' Restaurant
with prior table reservations. Due
to safety reasons, children 12 years and over are
welcome.

Garden Bungalow
Located
amidst a tastefully landscaped garden just behind the Beach Villas in the
north-eastern part of the island, the Garden Bungalows are the same as the Beach
Bungalows in design and facilities offered. They are just a few steps away from the
beach. Garden Bungalows
feature air-conditioning, ceiling fan, mini-bar, and safe, telephone, CD-player,
coffee-making facilities, beach towels, hairdryer (on request), a wooden terrace
and sun beds.

Beach Bungalow
These
bungalows, measuring 56 sq m. including terrace, line most of the northern beach
of the island and are comfortably furnished with rattan furniture and a spacious

Jacuzzi Beach Villa
Romantic
Jacuzzi Beach Villas with views of the Indian
Ocean line the south-west and south-east beach a few steps from the
beautiful lagoon. These villas have
a spacious bedroom and sitting area.
They are exquisitely furnished with wrought iron furniture and feature a
furnished veranda. Open-air
bathrooms with walk-in shower. Each
villa, measuring 76 sq m. including veranda & garden, has a spacious
secluded garden with a wooden deck and a Jacuzzi. Jacuzzi Beach Villas feature
air-conditioning, four-poster bed, ceiling fan, mini-bar, safe, telephone,

Sultan Pool Villa
The
Sultan Pool Villas located at the west centre part of the island, tucked into
rich tropical vegetation are the epitome of tranquil luxury within the unique
Kuredu profile. The villas have a
large wood deck with an outdoor open-walls living room with thatch ceiling under
a cedar shingle roof, comfortable stylish seating overlooking the private
swimming pool, surrounded by a lush tropical garden. All Sultan Pool Villas feature a 40-inch
flat-screen satellite television. The bedroom is furnished with a romantic
four-poster king-size bed in teak wood and a large comfortable lazy chair,
dressing table and a TV console.
CD-player and iPod docking station allows you to choose from personal
collection of songs or use CDs from the CD Library. The bedroom has a separate dressing area
with a walk-in wardrobe and a mini pantry equipped with a mini-bar and wine
cooler. A magnificent semi-open
bathroom with twin ceramic counter top washbasins and a large shaded walk-in
rain shower, a Jacuzzi bath tub and all amenities set amidst yet another private
tropical garden. For the comfort of
the guests each pool villa also has a private beach cabana with sun
loungers.

Restaurant is located within the signature building of Kuredu in the centre of
the island and it is the main restaurant for the guests in Beach Bungalows and
Garden Bungalows. Bonthi serves
international and local cuisine on rotating theme nights chosen from around the
world. Bonthi being located in the
main area does not have any age restrictions.

Restaurant is also situated in the renovated signature building of Kuredu,
serving international & local buffets with show cooking for breakfast, lunch
and dinner for all guests in villas on the southern coast of the island
comprising some Beach Villas, and Jacuzzi Beach Villas. Being located in the main part of the
island, Koamas is also the main restaurant for families with children below 12
years of age.

Restaurant is the allocated restaurant for the guests in the Sangu Water
Villas. This restaurant does not
accept table reservations for guests below 12 years of age.
'O'

'O'
Restaurant with deck spreading over the water on the eastern end of the island
has an ambience of being at one with nature. This is the allocated restaurant for the
new Beach Villas on the north-eastern part of the island. The 'O' Restaurant restricts admission
to all its facilities only to guests above 12 years of age. The Sangu, 'O' Restaurant and Koamas
serve wide buffets with show cooking for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests in the Sangu Water Villas,
Jacuzzi Beach Villas and Beach Villas can also eat in main restaurants other
than their allocated restaurant if they choose to with a prior table reservation
subject to above mentioned age restrictions.
