a major refurbishment with new luxury colonial-style villas scattered among

in a 200 acre estate of beautiful landscaped gardens, La Reserve provides
individually decorated rooms all giving a particular Creole feel. Eight Superior Rooms are placed in
either of the two colonial style buildings, one on the hillside, the other
directly on the beach. Thirty-two
new sea-facing Deluxe Rooms are beautifully designed with an abundance of space
and extensive bathrooms with sunken bath and walk-in shower. All rooms feature king-size four-poster
bed, air-conditioning, mini-bar, coffee/tea-making facilities, bath (Deluxe
Rooms only), shower, satellite television, safe and
hairdryer.

Pool Bar
Surrounded
by coconut palms and wrapped around William's Pool Bar with granite boulders, is
one of the most unique and biggest swimming pools in the islands. Guests can swim to the bar for that
freshly squeezed fruit drink or alcoholic cocktail and simply order from their
chaise longue. Also features an Old
House Bar, and Beach Bar, open for drinks and snacks.

Jetty Restaurant
The
Jetty Restaurant, one of the most memorable dinner experiences in all of the
Seychelles. Guests watch the lights of anchored
yachts in the bay and the natural aquarium of the jostling fish below and listen
to the sound of gentle waves lapping on to the shore as the Chef creates
delectable dishes from freshly caught fish. The Jetty Restaurant offers Creole
barbeque rich in spices to a wide ranging international menu from an open
kitchen.
