Lying on a 6-mile long ‘motu’ facing Bora Bora, this stunning resort boasts wide white-sand beaches, shaded by tall coconut palms, and a stunning aquamarine lagoon of almost surreal beauty. Although an especially romantic resort, Le Méridien’s wide range of activities will appeal to all ages – from a beachfront infinity pool, choice of water sports, excellent diving and snorkelling excursions at the Kanula Club where you can also experience feeding Blacktip Reef and Lemon Sharks, and an intimate wellness centre. The Turtle Sanctuary is an exceptional effort to help save the magnificent Hawksbill Sea Turtle, the only one of its kind in French Polynesia – and you can swim with them in their natural environment.


The Art Deco-style Beachfront Bungalows are available with either a queen-size bed or two single beds.  The bungalows provide an exceptionally warm welcome, with burnished hardwoods, louvered windows, thatched ceilings and earth-toned fabrics throughout.  Discerning guests revel in the authentic Polynesian feel while appreciating modern touches such as direct dial phone, safe, satellite-television, CD/DVD-player and MP3 reader, mini-bar, and coffee making facilities.  Decked out with a dressing area, the spacious, air-conditioned bungalows are approximately 60 square metres in size.  The bathroom features a full array of amenities plus a separate bathtub and walk-in shower.  Each Beach Bungalow also offers its own private beach, with deck-chairs and hammocks avail

The Overwater Bungalows are located right over the water with a large section of glass flooring providing endless fascination for guests.  Each bungalow features a large deck, which is an ideal place to read or take in the sunset. Ladders from the deck make it easy to slip into the lagoon's warm, turquoise water.  All bungalows are air-conditioned and have the same amenities as Beach Bungalows.

All facilities identical to Overwater Bungalows, however, Premium Overwater Bungalows have the additional advantage of being located at the end of the deck and are ideal for travellers seeking romance, privacy or, indeed, both.  They have a very quiet location and offer breathtaking view of Otemanu Mont.  Guests are able to enjoy watching the beautiful sunset and the best views in the resort.

The bathroom features a full array of amenities plus a separate bathtub and walk-in shower.  While it is not possible to add an extra bed, Lagoon Bungalows can incorporate a convertible sofa to accommodate a third adult or a child.

Le Te Ava Restaurant

Le Te Ava Restaurant is located poolside, offering dining with your feet in the sand amid a delightfully relaxed atmosphere.
