The Tipi is up, the stars are out and the fire is burning. The Glampfire, a private dinner on the beach with champagne cocktails and canapes served by a livered butler in your unique One&Only Tipi. Dinner can be either an intimate affair, or for a party of between six and eight couples served on tables in the soft sand. A bespoke menu can be created by the culinary team of Michelin-starred chef Vineet Bhatia to serve your taste and desires.

Suites

Indian Ocean. All suites feature a private terrace or
balcony facing either the ocean or cove, or a door opening onto a tropical

Junior Suite

From the terrace, the view extends over the contrasting white sands and
deep blue of the sea and the lagoon, while the interior, dominated by a soft

Each
of Le Saint Géran's 14 spacious Ocean Suites is decorated in warm tones of
beige, earth and spice. Sit back
and luxuriate in the breathtaking, invigorating sea views. A separate roomy lounge, private dining
room and two secluded terraces lead off of the sumptuous master bedroom. Shower alfresco after a dip in the sea,
or relax on the mini-patios that back on to the beach. Inside, plush upholstered sofas offer

Villa
The
villa is a classical island home. Enjoy a simply amazing view of the
Indian Ocean from the private swimming pool and
garden shower. This is the ideal
tropical retreat. Two extensive
bedrooms form the piece-piece of the villa. The master bedroom has a magnificent
four-poster bed and the second bedroom features two queen-sized beds. The villa's two bathrooms have a shower
and Jacuzzi overlooking the private terrace. Complete with a fully-fitted kitchen and
a spacious living/dining room equipped with premium quality china, crystal and

seafood and organic produce, this original One&Only steakhouse will provide

PRIME
joins the current swell of über steakhouses debuting around the world. Headlined by the resort's award-winning
culinary team, the menu will serve revisited classics with a critical focus on
purity, quality and freshness.
Dishes will range from Frothy Mushroom Cream Soup with Perigord Truffle
to Pan-roasted Rock Lobster and Slow-cooked Wagyu Beef Short Ribs. Mouth-watering selections such as an
Australian Angus Wagyu Striploin or 'Toma Hawk' Rib of Beef for Two will also be
available from the grill. Diners
can choose, among others, a side of Sweet Onion Boulangère Potato or an
innovative dessert menu including Passion Fruit & Banana Soufflé. Jet fresh French Fines de Claire and
Tsarskaya oysters and 'Hot & Cold' Yuzu Tuna Sashimi will delight seafood
lovers.
The
restaurant's contemporary design, with burnt-orange walls, creamy-white leather
club chairs and open kitchen will provide a chic, relaxed dining
experience. Guests will also be
able to enjoy a cocktail at the PRIME Lounge wrap-around polished wood bar
complete with chill-out lounge music.

Terrasse
Surrounding
the pool and overlooking the Indian Ocean, La
Terrasse offers an eclectic variety of local and international specialities.
Breakfast offers a sumptuous buffet
featuring eggs cooked to order, fresh baked breads, pastries, cheeses, tropical
fruit, freshly ground coffees and vanilla-flavoured Mauritian tea. Lunch follows with a choice of fresh
local fish and seafood complemented with Asian-inspired specialities. Nightly entertainment accompanies
dinner, providing an exquisite voyage of cultural discovery. Table d'hote menus feature mouth-watering
crayfish and prawns straight from the ocean, spicy temptations of home-grown
Creole cuisine, and the delicate subtleties of France, India, China and Asia.

Rasoi
by Vineet features the multi-award-winning contemporary Indian cuisine of Vineet
Bhatia, whose Michelin-starred Chelsea restaurant was named 'Indian Restaurant
of the Year' just a year after it opened.
The
new tropical waterside restaurant enjoys a magnificent natural setting, with
views of the green sugarcane-clad mountains and the private lagoon. Dining at Rasoi by Vineet is a
multi-sensory experience, from the atmospheric tropical fans, bespoke chill-out
music and live 'floor show' of chefs in the kitchen, to the aromas of cooking
from the wood-fired oven. The
kitchen features Vineet's signature live acts, including a TAK-A-TAK grill, a
form of traditional Indian Teppanyaki and an open Tandoor.
The
lunch menu features a relaxed mix of 'Pizzaans', wraps, Dosas, creative
sandwiches, salads, grills and an Indian 'Mezzeh' in tapas-sized portions, while
the curry of the day is accompanied by a variety of home-made chutneys, pickles
and breads.
In
the evening, the menu is more sophisticated, as the ambience becomes more
relaxed. A constantly
changing Indian Tapas tasting menu will whet the appetite; and the dazzling à la
carte menu includes 'Momos', Indian-style Dim Sum, chilled soups and Vineet's
interpretations of classic Indian dishes and risottos. Wines will be carefully selected to
match the complex and intense flavours of Vineet's cooking, and the resident
sommelier will conduct regular wine and food pairing
dinners.
