The Residence has 163 very spacious rooms and suites, immaculately appointed with cool understated luxury, offering Garden, Ocean or Oceanfront Views – and beautiful Junior Suites, Senior Suites and sumptuous Colonial Ocean View and new Colonial Oceanfront Suites. All feature king size or twin beds, air-conditioning, overhead fan, living area (separate living room in Senior Suites), satellite television, in-house movie/music channels, mini-bar, terrace or balcony and private butler service. Large marble bathrooms have separate bath and shower, hairdryer and walk-in wardrobe with electronic safe.

The 41 luxuriously appointed Garden View Rooms, measuring 54 sq m., each with a spacious private balcony or terrace, have a king size or twin beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, desk, living area, satellite television with in-house movie and music channels, CD/DV-player, tea & coffee facilities, a fully stocked personal bar and a direct dial telephone with its own voice mail system. The large marble bathrooms are equipped with a separate bathtub and shower cabin, a hair dryer and a large walk-in wardrobe with an electronic safe.

56 Ocean View Rooms, measuring 56 sq m., graciously appointed with cool understated luxury, enjoy the same amenities as the Garden View Room, but with the added benefit of a fabulous ocean view. 

38 luxuriously appointed Ocean Front Rooms, measuring 58 sq m., boast wonderful views of the Indian Ocean and enjoy the same gracious amenities as the Ocean View Room.  Spacious and graciously appointed with an attractive balcony or terrace, the ideal spot to enjoy a refreshing glass of white wine at the end of another perfect day.

Eight luxuriously appointed Garden View Junior Suites, measuring an impressive 86 sq m., each with air-conditioning and ceiling fan, enjoy an adjoining living area with satellite television with in-house movie and music channels, tea and coffee facilities, DVD/CD-player and direct dial telephone with voice mail system. The two Colonial Ocean View Suites, measuring 164 sq m., are elegantly furnished in a refined colonial style and enjoy a sumptuous four-poster bed.
