There are surcharges for all treatments and services. Guests can book appointments with the reception desk upon arrival. A Fitness Centre is also available. A range of workout classes and personal training are available.

The all-inclusive Almond Resorts concept allows guests the use of kayaks, snorkelling gear, windsurfers, and sail boats. Water skiing and banana boat rides are all complimentary. On land, a range of workout classes and personal training are available in the Fitness Centre. Guests can play tennis on any of four illuminated courts or enjoy three rounds of golf at St Lucia Golf & Country Club''s 18-hole course 2.5 km (1.5 miles away) for every seven-night stay. Green fees (limited to one round per day per guest) are complimentary, but surcharges apply for transportation to and from the course, equipment rental, and fees and tips for caddies. A mandatory cart is required for golf in St Lucia; the fee is approximately USD30 for a shared cart.

Le Jardin

The mellow setting of Le Jardin sets the stage for the lively tongue-teasing flavours of the restaurant's French Creole cuisine and reflects the flavours of St Lucia, from Green Figs and Salt Fish, St Lucian Bouyon to Accras de Morue (salted codfish cakes), Red Snapper Creole and Sweet & Sour Pork Chop with Island Gratin and Guava Glaze. Le Jardins elegant dessert offerings include Caramel Bananas and Chef Deborahs Coconut Pie with Vanilla Creme Anglaise. Opening each evening at 6:30 pm., Le Jardin serves dinner and then melts into the wee hours with live piano music and a welcoming bar service. Le Jardin is an adults only restaurant and reservations are required.



Morgan's Pier

True to its name, Morgans Pier is dramatically situated in the middle of the bay. Fresh seafood specialities like Smoked Tuna with Dasheen Chips, Jerk Grouper with Pawpaw Salsa and Coconut Ceviche with Mahi, Lime and Chili, are the focus at this restaurant. Open for dinner only, Morgans Pier offers the freshest catch-of-the-day! Oversized lobsters are available as a menu option for a small supplemental charge and mouth-watering desserts like Tropical Trifle, Fruit Fondue and Pineapple Rum Babas top off the Morgans Pier menu offerings. Reservations are required for this restaurant.



The Palms

Continental specialities are the order of the day at The Palm, which is the main restaurant at Almond Morgan Bay. A full buffet breakfast, and la carte lunch and dinner are served daily in this wonderfully relaxed, airy restaurant with a view of the resorts lush tropical gardens set against a backdrop of the turquoise and blue Caribbean.



Bambou Restaurant

The fusion cuisine created by the Chef at Bambou, is a mouth-watering blend of Caribbean and Asian flavours, a delightful change from the ordinary. The waterfront restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Reservations are required for dinner only.



Plum Tree Bar & Grille

Located in the Kids' Club area and serving family and kid-friendly food like pizzas, hamburgers and hot dogs from noon to 8:00 pm., the Plum Tree has a full bar service with premium brand drinks, mixed cocktails, fruit juices and soft drinks, all of which are included in the resort's all-inclusive programme.
