Combining 'Sey' for Seychelles and Shima - the Japanese term for island, this sophisticated yet intimate restaurant situated on the lagoon, is our Teppanyaki fine dining option, showcasing this warmest style of Japanese cuisine.
The word Teppanyaki is derived from teppan, meaning iron plate and yaki, which means grilled or broiled. Guests will have the chance to interact, while enjoying a special Seyshima cocktail, filled with fresh and exotic flavours, prior to the Teppan show by our chef.

Our main restaurant is the ideal place to start and end your day. Charmingly designed, this airy, bright space blends simple lines of contemporary decor with Mediterranean flair. Named after Vasco da Gama (the famous Portuguese explorer who first identified and mapped the cluster of islands, whilst crossing from India to Africa), serving international cuisine, that is themed with Seychellois/local Creole offerings.
Offering indoor and outdoor seating, we ensure that you enjoy direct sea views accompanied by the gentle lilting sound of the waves lapping on the shore, while savouring our wide selection buffet.
