Sunlight streams through a cupola, making the Great Room a sophisticated yet unpretentious space where guests gather to see and be seen, and to discreetly indulge in the finer things in life. A Champagne Cart offers premier Champagnes and carefully chosen wines by the glass, as well as such beverages as international gourmet coffees and herbal teas. An Evening Cart features after-dinner cordials, ports and cognacs. Traditional English High Tea is served to the accompaniment of a local pianist on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. Coliseum Pool & Grill

The casual resort lifestyle of the Southern California coast is evident in every detail at the Coliseum Pool & Grill, an incomparably fun and intriguing place to dine or catch a game. The Coliseum Pool & Grill serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily and offers a large selection of pizzas - made the Italian way - along with paninis and sandwiches, seafood dishes, pastas, speciality salads and even smoothies. There's something on the menu for every taste and desire, and the remarkable setting makes it all the better.
