The debut of St Regis Bora Bora brought a new dimension of hotel luxury to Bora Bora. The Royal Estate is the largest in the South Pacific. Within the 1200sqm private compound that opens up onto a private beach is an entrance lobby, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a dining room, professional kitchen, and a solarium surrounds a central open sky courtyard with a pool. Sushi & Sake Restaurant
The first sushi and sake restaurant in Bora Bora features an amazing array of sushi, seafood, and sake. Open from 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Sushi & Sake Restaurant is closed on Monday and Thursday.

The Mediterranean grill, Te-Pahu serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and features an open kitchen and beachside dining. Executive Chef Romuald Feger’s menu specialities include Citrus Shrimp Ceviche, Grilled Tuna with Fresh Herbs, Confit Swordfish in Olive Oil, Kobe Sirloin and Roasted Lamb Filet with Crusted Black Olives. Enjoy a Polynesian Evening every Wednesday featuring a delicious buffet inspired by local ingredients followed by a traditional Tamure dancing performance - or a romantic candlelit dinner for two alfresco on a breezy terrace overlooking the beach. Lagoon Restaurant by Jean-Georges
Suspended over water, Lagoon features breathtaking views of Mount Otemanu, while Jean-Georges Vongerichten''s menu offers the finest gastronomic experience in all of French Polynesia. Enjoy a nightcap in the Lagoon Bar before retiring for the night! Lagoon Restaurant by Jean-Georges is closed on Wednesday and Sunday.

Far Niente Ristorante
For a taste of comfort food with an Italian flair, Far Niente Ristorante is a top-notch choice for dinner, paired with a gorgeous setting and a sip or two of some of Italy’s finest wines. The sommelier selected perhaps unexpected pairing of a luscious vintage from Tuscany with our signature Baked Lamb Chops. Set on the edge of the Resort’s beach with views of the lagoon beyond, Far Niente Ristorante is the more casual dinner alternative at the St. Regis Bora Bora. Open from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. (but closed Wednesdays and Sundays), the dress code is Resort Casual. Reservations are recommended.
