Nestled on the ground floor of the stately Manor House, Le Manoir Dining Room overlooks the picturesque swimming pool, beach, and manicured Tea Garden. Indoors amid soft grey hues, graceful dÃ©cor -Â incorporating historic artworks and photographs, dark wood furnishings, and wrought-iron chandeliers-reflects the buildingâ€™s renowned past as a stately island home, while an outdoor seating area provides a captivating alfresco alternative.
For both settings, the celebrated chefs marry exotic Mauritian flavours and renowned island hospitality with French, Mediterranean, Indian, and Asian cooking styles to create innovative buffet breakfast andÂ a la carte or theme dinner menus. Bursting with memorable flavours, they are accompanied by specialty cocktails.

Named for the food market in Thailand where fresh produce is sold on boats, the restaurant unites harmonizing tactile surfaces - from rich, smooth marble to floors and ceilings crafted from wood beams - with black, red, green, and gold hues, and antique decorative objects. An abundance of plants and flowers and a calming Asian musical soundtrack add to the matchless space, which is illuminated by creative chandeliers fabricated from birdcages.
Upholstered chairs and large tables overlook either the resort s emerald grounds or its glittering lagoon, while the menu by Chef He Cheng offers Thai, Malay, Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Singaporean flavours combined into a pentagon of light, healthy dishes with evocative aromas, tastes, and colours.

The Boathouse Grill
Seamlessly aligning with its stunning natural surroundings, The Boathouse Grill & Bar greets guests with an open-air dining space crafted from authentic, yet sophisticated natural materials - from wooden beams to refined stone, which harmonise with the surrounding palm trees and plants.
The Boathouse Grill is an elegant beachside gourmet experience. Vintage champagnes will sparkle next to platters of oysters and grilled prawns. The mood in the evening is elegant and romantic with incredible lighting showing the restaurant to its best effect.
For health-conscious guests, there is also a juice and vegetable bar. Poolside or beach service is available daily from 9am to 6pm, with hourly snacks and light meals, including fruit skewers, sherbet, gazpacho, energy juice.
