La Kaze Mama is all about traditional Mauritian home cooking, and we are inviting you to experience a combination of our most popular dining experiences; Grandma's Kitchen and the Herb Garden BBQ. Traditional tried and tested local recipes are served in a relaxed but spectacular outdoor setting. The restaurant uses as many flavourful local ingredients as possible, many grown on our own herb and vegetable garden, and follows age old Mauritian recipes.

Shanti Maurice's guests can mix with the locals at our Fish Shack, as it is as popular with Mauritians as with visitors. Our private dining is available in your Junior Suite or your Villa and is fully included in our meal plans for half board/full board/Spa-Inclusive Half board+ or in the "Shanti Bliss" holiday package as part of the Resort's dine-around experience. This means that you can choose from countless picnic spots, and our chefs can prepare wholesome meals to eat wherever you choose.
