Day 1: Bangkok
On arrival in Bangkok, transfer to your hotel for three nights.

Day 2: Bangkok
Today enjoy a Bangkok City Temples and Grand Palace tour, to include the Reclining Buddha Temple and Wat Arun, (Temple of Dawn), travelling by long-tailed boat on the Chao Phraya River and Thonburi Klongs (canals). Return to hotel. (B/L)

Day 3: Bangkok
This morning visit the fascinating ‘floating market’ at Damnoen Saduak and Phra Pathom Chedi, pagoda. Afternoon free. Overnight in Bangkok. (B/L)

Day 4: Bangkok – Ayutthaya
Leaving Bangkok, you cruise along the Chao Phraya River to Ayutthaya. Enjoy a buffet lunch on board, followed by a tour of the Summer Palace of King Ram V, Bang Pa In. Overnight in Ayutthaya. (B/L)

Day 5: Ayutthaya – Lopburi – Saraburi – Phitsanulok
Visit the famous Temple of the Buddha Footprint, Wat Yai Temple and Phitsanuloke. Take an evening stroll to witness the famous ‘flying vegetables’ (stir fried food is tossed across the street for added flavour!) Overnight in Phitsanulok. (B/L)

Day 6: Phitsanulok – Sukhothai – Lampang
Today explore Sukhothai, Thailand’s former capital and the archaeological sites at the Si Satchanalai Historical Park before driving to Lampang for overnight. (B/L)

Day 7: Lampang – Chiang Mai
After a morning horse-drawn tour of Lampang visit Lanpoon to explore Wat Phra That Hariphunchai, the important 11th century Buddhist temple. Arriving in Chiang Mai, check-in before enjoying a local traditional Northern Khantoke dinner & Show, and a visit to the Night Bazaar. Overnight in Chiang Mai. (B/L/D)

Day 8: Chiang Mai
A morning City Tour takes in Chiang Mai’s Doi Suthep and Wat Suan Dok temples. After lunch enjoy an afternoon free. Overnight in Chiang Mai. (B/L)

Day 9: Chiang Mai – Chiang Rai
A busy day starts with a visit to the Chiang Dao Elephant Camp, a trek through the jungle to a Lusi hill tribe village and a local lunch. After a bamboo raft down the Ping River transfer to your hotel in Chiang Rai to relax and spend the night. (B/L)

Day 10: Chiang Rai
Experience a long-tail boat ride along Mae Kok River to a Karen hill tribe village and a local restaurant lunch, then visit the Golden Triangle area where Thailand, Myanmar and Laos meet and the market town of Mae Sai, before returning to Chiang Rai for overnight. (B/L)

Day 11: Chiang Rai – Thai Beach Resort
Today you transfer to the airport to fly to Bangkok and transfer to Hua Hin for four nights relaxation. (B)
