Day 1: Cancun Arrival
Arriving into Cancun Airport you will be met and transferred to your hotel for overnight stay.

Day 2: Cancun – Tulum - Chetumal
Departing Cancun you drive to the world-famous Tulum, considered to be one of the most beautiful Mayan archaeological sites, sitting imposingly on 15m high cliffs above the Caribbean Sea. Continue towards Chetumal where you stay overnight. [B]

Day 3: Chetumal - Palenque
Checking out after breakfast, you are driven to the archaeological site of Kohunlich for a guided visit, then on to Palenque, your home for following two nights. [B]

Day 4: Palenque – Mishol Ha
Nestled deep in jungle at the foot of the Sierra Madre del Sur, Palenque’s setting is as memorable as the site is important for the light it sheds on Maya traditions, ritual, ceremony and spirituality. A massive complex spread over 15 sq. kms, only the central area has yet been excavated. Continue to the Mishol-Ha Waterfall cascading 115 feet into a pool surrounded by lush vegetation. During low flows you may be able to swim in designated areas. [B]

Day 5: Palenque - Campeche
You depart this morning to Campeche in time to check-in to your hotel and enjoy free time in the afternoon. [B]

Day 6: Campeche – Merida via Uxmal and Kabah
Today after breakfast you depart from Campeche and head to the ancient and magnificent ruins of Uxmal. As a World Heritage site, it is one of the best restored and maintained ruins in the Yucatan. View the amazing Palace of the Governors and the mystical Pyramid of the Magician, consisting of five super-imposed temples. You also visit Kabah, famous for its "Palace of Chaac Masks". Later, you leave for Merida City for overnight, with free time to explore at leisure. [B]

Day 7: Merida - Chichen Itza and Valladolid
An early start from Merida allows you to visit Chichen Itza before the groups arrive from Cancún. Explore the most famous and well-restored Yucatán Maya site with your guide, including the great ball court, observatory and temples of this beautiful area. Afterwards you will be taken to Valladolid, a bustling Mayan city with a special colonial flavour where local townspeople still use the typical dress of the Maya. Enjoy lunch and the rest of day at leisure. [B]

Day 8: Valladolid - Coba - Cancun/Riviera Maya
Leave Valladolid early for a drive towards the archaeological site of Coba to discover one of the most important Mayan Archaeological Sites of northern Quintana Roo State. Coba occupies an area of 44 sq. miles and its impressive structures speak of the grandeur of the civilization that produced them ages ago. You can explore Coba by bicycle or by ‘chauffeured’ tricycle rickshaw style. Leaving Coba you depart for Cancun Airport or your beach extension hotel. [B]
