1. Eligibility

2. Competition Period

The Christmas Giveaway begins on December 11, 2025 and ends on December 26, 2025 at 11:59 PM GMT.

All entry requirements must be completed within this period.

3. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must complete both the social media steps and the registration form on the competition landing page.

4. Prize Details

General Prize Conditions:

• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Any additional expenses, upgrades, travel insurance, meals, or extras not stated are the responsibility of the winner.
• The prize must be booked directly through Luxury Holidays Direct.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The draw will take place within seven (7) days after the competition closes.
• The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days.
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Luxury Holidays Direct reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Winner Consent:

By entering, participants agree that Luxury Holidays Direct may publish the winner's first name, surname initial, and town/city (e.g., "Sophie H. from Manchester") on the website and on social media.

If the booking is cancelled for any unforeseeable reason the package cannot be re-booked.

By participating, entrants agree that Luxury Holidays Direct and its employees, partners, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in this competition or use of the prize.

This does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
