Carlisle Bay boasts nine fantastic in-resort tennis courts, eight cushioned hard courts and one artificial grass court. Four courts are lit for night play. There is a fully-equipped pro shop, and rackets, shoes and a ball machine are complimentary. Professional tuition from the resident pro is available at a charge for all ages and standards; either as group lessons or individually. Special tennis programmes available include challenge matches, round-robin doubles and children's tennis.

Carlisle Bay offers a range of daily scuba diving activities, available at a charge, with courses available for the novice up to the experienced diver at the resort dive school - managed by Azure Divers. Courses are available with theory lessons and pool training at the resort and the custom-built dive boat will collect your from the jetty for open-water dives. Only five minutes away by boat, the two-mile Cades Reef is a designated underwater park offering plenty of opportunities for exploring the stunning underwater world of the Caribbean. Night dives are also available.
