With its combination of ornate Persian-style floor-to-ceiling metal screens with teak furniture and floors is suitably exotic. Daphnes is an intimate venue with plenty of privacy for romantic dining.

Directly adjacent to The House, Daphne's provides a unique culinary experience to The House and its guests. Modern Italian food is perfectly matched to current trends in dining and cooking. Each dish featured combines a fresh approach to ingredients along with ease of preparation with inspired flavours to create simply delicious food; all adapted by Daphne's chef Marco Festini Cromer.

Champagne Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 am to 11:00 am in the open-air living room and lite fare is served for lunch through the Ambassadors.
- Afternoon Tea & Evening Canapes
The House serves a delightfully traditional display of delicious sweet and savoury English treats like scones, finger sandwiches, clotted cream and sweet pastries in its daily afternoon tea service between 3 and 5pm in the beautiful open-air setting of the Deck. Each evening, a satisfying selection of complimentary canapes are served between 7 and 8pm offering you a delicious light bite before your nightly dinner plans unfold.
