1 Bedroom Villa
- One-Bedroom Villas, measuring 200 square metres, are designed to harmonise with the exotic surroundings, offering spectacular views of the rice terraces, resort landscape and jungle, with a lotus garden and a water feature at the entrance to each villa. Positioned along the crest of the verdant hillside, the villas offer spectacular views of the rice terraces and jungle of the sacred Ayung River valley. The villas, featuring a king-size bed or twin beds, are furnished with stained hardwood floors and a state-of-the-art entertainment centre with CD system, 25-inch colour television and VCD player. The impressive living area opens onto a large wooden deck with a private plunge pool (12 square metres) and outdoor garden shower. The large outdoor Bali shower has natural teak flooring set over white stone pebbles, enclosed by floor-to-ceiling teak screens on three sides to offer privacy.
2 Bedroom Villa
- Placed privately in the valley within the sound of the Ayung River, Two-Bedroom Villas, measuring an astonishing 850 square metres, and offer more than four times the space of a One-Bedroom Villa for luxurious entertaining or relaxation. This delightful suite features antiques and teak wood, including antique fabric wall-hangings and selected Indonesian artefacts. These villas feature an enlarged living and dining area with access to the outdoor terrace. Each bedroom (one king-size bed & two twin beds) opens on to its own private terrace, and features a large bathroom with a soaking bathtub, double vanities, private water closet, glass-enclosed shower and outdoor shower.
Family Suite
- The master bedroom, children’s room and living area all include large, flat-screen televisions. There’s plenty of room for kids to spread out and play. Located in the main Resort building, Family Suites offer close proximity to the lobby, restaurants, spa, gym and the Pici Pici Club. Your kids will love our Pici Pici Club, available for children ages 5–12, offering supervised games and activities while parents enjoy some alone time.
One Bedroom Duplex Suite

- With breathtaking valley views from the Resort's highest point, the one-of-a-kind Sayan Villa, measuring an incredible 450 square metres, offers the utmost in privacy and comfort, as ideal for honeymooners as for a rewarding executive retreat. A garden flanks the villa's private entry; in-villa registration adds to the sense of privacy. The lobby leads to the oversized living spaces, including a six-seat dining room and the choicest selection of hand-made furnishings. A large patio garden and terraces surround the private pool. Available for children 4 to 12 years old, our Pici Pici Club ("little snail" in Balinese) offers fun, discovery and entertainment to our youngest guests. Activities take place in two areas: the bright and colourful play centre and the Rice Barn Tree House, tucked into its own jungle wonderland. Seating for 24 is available in the dining room, an outdoor terrace area accommodates 40 people, and an adjacent wine cellar area seats eight. The inspired menu offers a selection of innovative, contemporary Asian-style cuisine and Indonesian specialities. The chef also creates unique specials each day. A children's menu is also available.
- Riverside Cafe
Riverside Cafe enjoys a casual, poolside, open-air setting with a wood-burning pizza oven. Set in the valley by the sacred Ayung River and shaded by an alang-alang thatched roof and umbrellas, this restaurant is open from late morning to early evening and seats 40. The restaurant offers light fare and wood-burning-oven pizzas. The chef also creates a fish and pasta dish daily. A children's menu is also available.

In-Villa Dining is a fine-dining experience within the comfort and convenience of your guest room or suite. Choose from an extensive menu, day or night, ideal for time-zone-hopping travellers, impromptu meetings or for quiet, private dining. The breakfast menu ranges from classic items (with unique twists) such as fresh farm eggs with cold smoked Tasmanian salmon, Sayan smoothies, or banana pancakes, to Indonesian favourites such as Balinese noodles or rice porridge. Nutritionally balanced, healthy selections include home-made granola and egg-white omelettes. A Japanese breakfast is also available.Lunch or dinner include Western and Asian specialities such as Javanese style lamb stew, wok-charred prawns with pineapple sambal, leek and kemangi leaf, or a duo of crispy prawn and seafood spring rolls. Vegetarian dishes are also available. Romance by the Ayung River' is a unique In-Villa Dining experience to savour in romantic seclusion.
