Chedi Club Suite
- A total of 38 Chedi Club Suites provide luxurious accommodation set within a two-storey or single-storey building. Each 67-square-metre Chedi Club Suite boasts views of the Hajar Mountains, tranquil ponds or shimmering pools. The single-storey suites break away from the flat roof building concept with its dome-shaped ceiling. Each suite consists of a large bedroom with a king-sized bed, a separate living room and private balcony or terrace. The stylish windows of the lounge allow guests to enjoy the views of the tranquil ponds or the manicured gardens.
Each Chedi Club Suite accommodates up to two adults and a maximum of two children below the age of 16 years. The children are accommodated on the existing sofa in the lounge of the suite. The bathroom features a terrazzo sunken bathtub, an impressive walk-in rain shower with a hand-held shower attachment. A separate toilet and bidet, two washbasins and two closets with drawer space complete the open plan bathroom.
Deluxe Club Room
- The layout and facilities of the eight Deluxe Club rooms are identical to the Deluxe rooms. Deluxe Club rooms are adjacent to The Club Lounge which offer free Wi-Fi, afternoon tea as well as evening cocktails and canapes. Club guests also enjoy complimentary laundry service (except dry cleaning), complimentary minibar (entire selection), daily newspaper and complimentary return airport transfers.
Deluxe Club Terrace Room
- The layout and facilities of the eight Deluxe Club rooms are identical to the Deluxe rooms. Deluxe Club rooms are adjacent to The Club Lounge which offer free Wi-Fi, afternoon tea as well as evening cocktails and canapes. Deluxe Ocean View One Bedroom Suite

Deluxe Ocean View Studio
- Perfect for couples, with a private sundeck, plunge pool, indoor living space and, of course, romantic sea views. Unique feature is that these rooms have separate living area, sundeck and private plunge pool.
Deluxe Room
- There are 45 Deluxe rooms, each 39 square metres in size, housed in the one- and two-storey Chedi Wing and surrounded by enchanted water gardens. Rooms boast either the views of the ponds or the Hajar Mountains. All rooms are equipped with a king-size bed and a seating area and can accommodate up to two adults. The bathroom features two open wardrobes, two washbasins, a separate toilet and bidet as well as a walk-in rain shower.
Ocean View Rooftop Suite
- Enjoy an island cocktail along with a bird's-eye view of Barnes Bay Beach from your spacious rooftop sundeck. Oceanview Rooftop suite has a furnished balcony with spiral staircase to the roofop deck and private plunge pool.
Ocean View Studio
- Ocean View Studio room is a private sanctuary - complete with an oceanside plunge pool, a sundeck and custom-designed furniture. It has a marble bathroom with double sinks, soaking tub and a walk-in shower.
One Bedroom Ocean View Suite
- Take a dip in your private plunge pool or soak up the sun and ocean views from the balcony of these light and airy suites. These suites have a dining and living area, kitchenette and sundeck with private plunge pool.
Resort View
- Ideal for guests on the go, these spacious rooms offer an outdoor sundeck with chaise lounges and views of the Resort grounds. Unique feature of these rooms are Sundeck, Chaise lounges on the balcony and sliding glass doors with shutters.
Serai Room
- Each of the 60 Serai rooms, located in the three-storey Serai wing, is 33 square metres and overlooks the majestic Hajar Mountains. Serai rooms accommodate up to two adults. They are equipped with a queen-sized bed and built-in sofa bench. The open plan bathroom features an open wardrobe, a washbasin, separate toilet and walk-in rain shower.

Only accessible to the Deluxe Club Room, Deluxe Club Terrace Room and Chedi Club Suites guests, The Club Lounge is an exclusive and private retreat that features an extensive library in a double-height, awe-inspiring setting. Snacks and tea are served here amongst the comfortable, elegantly upholstered European furnishings for a truly refined experience. Guests are also welcomed back in the early evening for cocktails, drinks and canapés. In between, complimentary business services and internet access allow the guests to stay updated on developments. The Shisha Courtyard beckons with comfortable divans, traditional water pipes and the scent of shisha in the air. Adjacent, the Arabian Courtyard is the perfect place to unwind, particularly during the cooler nights between October and April, sitting on plush cushions under the star filled Arabian sky. To complete the authentic experience, unwind over light snacks in the outdoor courtyard.
