About the Amanpulo Resort
Amanpulo Resort is located on the private island of Pamalican, just north of Palawan, set among the Quiniluban group of Cuyo Islands, 360km south-west of Manila, lying along the trading routes from Southern China to Borneo. Seven square kilometres of reef surround the island making this an ideal destination for diving. Beyond are sandbanks and a channel where whales, dolphins and sea cows have been glimpsed. Guests are greeted in Manila and flown by a 19-seat twin-engine plane, landing on the island's private airstrip. The native-style accommodation is exclusive to Amanpulo, the 'casitas' are fashioned after a Philippine 'bahay kubo', a centuries old Southeast Asian rural architecture with steep pitched roofs on timber frames. Pamalican offers a range of scenic settings with dining available by the pool, in the picnic grove or next to a beach bonfire. - A private One-Bedroom Villa, located just a few metres from the sea, is available at Amanpulo. This villa features a private swimming pool, separate bedroom, living and dining pavilions, outdoor lounge and a kitchen. The One-Bedroom Villa includes a private chef, butler, and a buggy for each bedroom. Villa guests enjoy full use of all Amanpulo facilities and services.
2 Bedroom Villa
- Two Two-Bedroom Villas, located just a few metres from the sea, is available at Amanpulo. 4 Bedroom Villa
- The Beach Villa is a four-bedroom residence comprising a master casita and three guest casitas located just a few metres from the sea. The 4,140-square metre villa estate comes with nine free-standing pavilions, including a separate living room, kitchen and dining room, all designed around a garden courtyard featuring a private swimming pool. The Villa (beach/garden) is set within a 5.6-square hectare compound that stretches to the sea. It features four private casitas identical to those at the resort, a kitchen, a dining pavilion and a private beach club. All villas include a cook, maid, and a buggy for each bedroom. A separate pavilion accommodates two resident staff. Villa guest enjoy full use of all Amanpulo facilities and services.
Beach Casita
- Amanpulo’s 29 Beach Casitas each have private paths that lead through a tangle of bush directly onto the white-sand beach. The beach is an uninterrupted wide stretch of fine sand with views over the neighbouring islands. All are nestled discreetly among the sand-floored tropical foliage and enjoy their own buggy for unlimited enjoyment of island exploration. Subtle interiors, warm and sun-dappled, are smoothed out in shades of caramel and bamboo with pristine king-size beds. Deluxe Hillside Casita
- Two Deluxe Hillside Casitas feature spectacular prospects of the Sulu Sea and neighbouring islands with both sunrise and sunset views. Amanpulo's marble-top Lobby Bar occupies a cosy corner of the Clubhouse and extends to the outdoor terrace.

The resort's resident masseuses offer a range of aromatherapy treatments in the privacy of the guest's casita, in the air-conditioned Spa Casitas or open-air Garden Sala. Pamper yourself with a two and a half hour Island Indulgence which combines a coconut scrub, ginger wrap, herbal bath, Amanpulo massage and a fruit facial, or simply soothe your soul with a soak, scrub and rub. Manicures, pedicures, facials and body treatments are also available.

- The Restaurant
The Restaurant, located at the Clubhouse, spills out onto a terrace, with views to Manamoc Island across the channel. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served here. The menu features Asian and Continental cuisine.
- Amanpulo Beach Club
A garden walkway leads down from the pool to the sandy beach and the Amanpulo Beach Club. The open-air pavilion provides a tranquil escape. Mattresses with matching pillows are spread out on the deck, facing the sea. Shade umbrellas and reclining lounge chairs line the beach. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and refreshments are offered at the Amanpulo Beach Club. Fresh seafood and Spanish cuisine are specialities.
- Lagoon Club
Located on the east side of the island, Lagoon Club serves as a second beach club with similar features and amenities. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and refreshments are served here, with Vietnamese cuisine being a speciality.
