- These quaint rooms, located in the Victorian Building, are between 18 and 26 square metres, with no view. Decorated in rich colours, they embody the hotel's unique heritage and are distinct in size and shape.

- Babcock & Story Bar
Babcock & Story, affectionately called B&S, was named after The Del's visionary founders, Elisha Babcock and H.L. Story, two mid-western businessmen who dreamed of building a resort hotel that would be the 'talk of the Western world'. Babcock & Story Bar is designed to take advantage of the spectacular seaside setting. The original 46-foot handcrafted mahogany bar, which was brought by ship from Philadelphia around Cape Horn in 1888, is the centrepiece for the bar. B&S Bar offers signature margaritas, blended tropical drinks, and California premier wines, espressos, light fare, Sushi Bar and seasonal entertainment. B&S Bar is open daily from 11:00 am until 1:30 am. Food is served from noon until 10:00 pm. daily.
- ENO
Devoted to providing the three most delectable indulgences in the culinary world - fine wine, rare cheeses and gourmet chocolate - ENO offers guests a one-of-a-kind tasting experience, served individually or in sets of three (also called flights). Whether you prefer red wine or white, you can select from nearly 500 varieties of fine vintage - all presented in marvellous Riedel crystal. Do you desire a savoury accompaniment with your vino? Savour 35 types of cheese from around the world or lose yourself in the delightful decadence of hand-crafted truffles and chocolate bars, lovingly prepared by local chocolatiers. All of these gourmet treasures are served in a welcoming, unpretentious atmosphere, by a staff committed to creating an amazing dining experience. All will be available for on-site enjoyment or retail purchase as gifts. ENO is open Sunday through Thursday from 4:00 pm. to 10:00 pm. and on Friday and Saturday from 4:00 pm. to 11:00 pm.

1500 Ocean Restaurant & Bar features glowing sunset colours, beautiful dark wood accents, warm lighting and the comfortable elegance found in a beachfront cabana setting. The arrival experience begins on the terrace entrance overlooking the Pacific. The terrace also offers a one-of-a-kind, intimate outdoor dining venue. Inside, the restaurant features two private dining venues and a wine vault. A signature glass wall, with vibrant sunset hues, provides the backdrop for the bar and creates a radiant, energetic ambience. The menu showcases the freshest Southland coastal cuisine, with selections from Santa Ynez to Cabo San Lucas. Featured wines from many of the vineyards grown in these areas will complement the incredible culinary flavours.
- Sheerwater
Sheerwater is the Hotel del Coronado's oceanfront restaurant featuring expansive outdoor dining terraces and giant fireplaces. Sheerwater offers California coastal cuisine: regional specialities that emphasise bold flavour, tantalising spices and seasonally inspired menus. Signature entrees are prepared in the exhibition oven. A special children's menu includes original takes on traditional childhood favourites. The bar offers signature margaritas, blended tropical drinks and California's premier wines. Sheerwater serves breakfast, lunch, cocktails, light fare and dinner daily.

The Hotel del Coronado's famous Crown Room Sunday Brunch is expanding its vast selection of offerings. Continuously voted San Diego's best by San Diego Magazine and The San Diego Union-Tribune readers, The Del's brunch has long been a local favourite. Now, Executive Chef John Shelton is pleased to present even more signature delights to choose from.
