About the Cousine Island

The Pavilion houses the dining area, Gecko Bar, freshwater swimming pool, lounge and library. Here the chef prepares meals to order with Creole, Asian and Eastern influence. On Cousine Island each meal is an adventure with open-plan cooking allowing guests to interact with the chef while he prepares meals from the freshest local ingredients.
