Lantern
The Lantern rooftop bar at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore derives its evocative name from Clifford Piers historical Chinese name of Red Lantern Pier. The pier, the key landing point for Singapores early immigrants and seafarers, was lit by red lanterns that provided illumination for the shoreward journey along Marina Bay.
Framed by an infinity lap pool and green landscaping, the stylish rooftop bar offers dazzling panoramic views of Marina Bay waterfront and Singapores skyscraper skyline. Chill to the grooves and sensual beats of house music while savouring gourmet snacks, fine champagnes, wines and signature cocktails whipped up by our resident mixologist.

Stretching along an elegant indoor promenade paved with bespoke marble mosaics and gold hues, it is the perfect venue to see and be seen. The Clifford Pier
Occupying the space of the original Clifford Pier, our dining destination at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore preserves the piers hawker culture while honouring its historical role as the landing point of Singapores forefathers. On the menu are the best of Singapores culinary delicacies represented by a melting pot of diverse cultures including Western classics. One of our signature dishes includes soup kambing, a traditional mutton soup infused with local spices.
