Elephant Room
- Elephant Rooms are constructed separately on poles high above the bush and accessed by swing bridges but still quite close to the Lodge. Elephant Rooms feature spacious accommodation with fabulous views from the bathroom. All rooms feature king-size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, mosquito nets, en-suite bathroom with separate bath & shower (with great views), Virgin Vie toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, tea/coffee-making facilities, snacks and a complimentary mini-bar, and a large viewing deck. Rooms designed to feel like your own private tree house in the bush!
River Room
- Situated on the Mabrak River nestled amongst ancient Jackalberry trees in the heart of the African bushveld, River Rooms are constructed separately on poles high above the bush. River Room 1 is not accessed by swing bridge and is quiet close to the Lodge; River Room 3 is accessed by swing bridge. River Rooms feature spacious and private accommodation with fabulous views from the bathroom. All rooms feature king-size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, mosquito nets, en-suite bathroom with separate bath & shower (with great views), Virgin Vie toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, tea/coffee-making facilit.
River Room with Plunge Pool

River Rooms with Plunge Pool are accessed by swing bridge, with River Room 4 located a good 4/5 minutes’ walk from the Main Lodge and features a Zebra bath. All rooms feature king-size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, mosquito nets, en-suite bathroom with separate bath & shower (with great views), Virgin Vie toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, tea/coffee-making facilities, snacks and a complimentary mini-bar, and a large viewing deck! River Room 2 and River Room 4 have delightful infinity plunge pools. Rooms designed to feel like your own private chalet in the bus
Safari Room
- Safari Rooms are constructed in tree house style with close bush views, often sighting game close to the rooms and main lodge building, especially elephants. All Safari Rooms are quiet and secluded, so take the chance to be at one with nature. Bathtubs are strategically placed, so you can lie back and watch a different kind of world go by. More contemporary decor, with traditional pieces of African art, polished wooden floors in every room. All rooms feature king-size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, mosquito nets, en-suite bathroom with separate bath & shower (with great views), Virgin Vie toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, tea/coffee-making facilities, snacks and a complimentary mini-bar, and a private balcony. Safari Rooms are located close the Main Lodge but does not feature a swing bridge access.
Treehouse Suite
- Discover the Treehouse Suite – a 15-minute walk from Safari Lodge along swing bridges and an elevated walkway. It’s a great place to get up close and personal with the animals that come to bathe and cool down in the nearby dam. Indulge yourself in the spacious Treehouse Suite bathroom; bathtubs are strategically placed, so you can lie back and watch a different kind of world go by. Depart on the morning game drive in open 4x4 safari vehicles, stopping for refreshments in the heart of the bush. Return to lodge for a hearty breakfast.

Depart on the evening game drive. Sundowner drinks are served in the bush, followed by a spotlight night drive, searching for those elusive nocturnal animals.
