ACCOMMODATION DETAILS
Beach Room
- Located on the ground floor, these guestrooms offer views into the gardens, beach and the Indian Ocean beyond. Highlights of these rooms include the open-plan bathroom with large bath, rainfall shower and a split-level living area. Beach Rooms measure 70 sq m.
Fortress Room
- The Fortress Rooms measuring 65 sq m. feature a super king 7ft. by 7ft. bed dressed in Egyptian cotton Frette linen and an open plan bathroom with twin headed shower and bath. These rooms open out onto your own courtyard or garden balcony. In addition, all rooms present a cutting-edge entertainment system and designer fittings that include Plasma screen, Bose DVD-player and sound system, espresso machine, air-conditioning, overhead fan, private bar, day bed, in-room safe and IDD telephone.
Ocean Room
- Similar to the Beach Rooms, the Ocean Rooms are located on the upper floor of The Fortress and feature high vaulted ceilings. Guests also have the added bliss of enjoying a bath in the Jacuzzi whilst taking in the magnificent views. Ocean Rooms measure 70 sq m.

T' Lounge is the open-plan, airy Sri Lankan tea lounge with spectacular sea and garden views, which offers the flavours, aromas and traditions of Ceylon through tea. With a central preparation area, guests can watch and learn about the tea making ceremony and the story of Ceylon tea. Over 30 Dilmah premium handpicked teas are on offer, including many specialities such as white tip tea, which is said to fight infection and strengthen the immune system. Enjoy a cup of afternoon tea with delicious homemade cheese cake to complement the setting.
