About the Windjammer Landing Resort Hotel

Jammer's Beach Bar & Grill is set at beach level and offers all-day casual dining in a lively seaside setting. Here, beachgoers chat as they take a break from the sun to lounge on the sheltered deck and sip ice-cold beers and cool tropical drinks. The casual scene is a backdrop for surprisingly exquisite dishes such as the signature Shrimp Creole, Chef Munn's Caribbean version of Shrimp Provencale. The menu also includes burgers, rotis (wraps), salads with fresh island ingredients and other lovely dishes. When evening falls, Jammer's is the place to listen to the latest calypso, reggae or steel drum bands, sample the resort's distinctive drinks and socialise. Here, conversation frequently turns to the Resort's intriguing cocktails. Bar Manager, Bartholomew Thomas applies creativity and attention to fine ingredients and lovely presentations to his extensive, inventive drink menu.

For scrumptious food and stunning views of the Caribbean, it is hard to surpass the mountainside terrace of Papa Don's. An intimate Mediterranean-style taverna open for dinner, Papa Don's has long been known for great pizza and pasta. Last year, Chef Munn extended the cuisine to encompass the cuisines of Greece and the entire Mediterranean. Papa Don's flavourful signature dish, Moroccan Roasted Dorado, is served with lime-honey-yogurt sauce, pomegranate syrup and couscous.
- Embers Restaurant
Situated on the beach, Embers is known for its fresh grilled and barbecue specialities. Its signature JA Wrap, a 'roti' flatbread wrapped around shredded 'Jerk Chicken', rice, peas and veggies. Embers Restaurant is also the setting for an elaborate Sunday buffet brunch. Nearby, kids of all ages enjoy ice cream, smoothies and homemade sorbets from Toppers Ice Cream Shack, which are complimentary for guests on the All-Inclusive Plan.

In the evening, at the romantic alfresco Upper Deck Restaurant, seafood delicacies emerge from the kitchen. One of the Chef' favourite creations, Catch a Fire, is a fresh fillet of fish, char-grilled with Caribbean 'jerk' spices. Upper Deck also serves wonderful grilled steaks, kebabs and salads.

Tuna Poke (pokay), Hawaiian-style marinated tuna; Tempura Shrimp Cocktail or even a delectable assorted Sushi platter might be the first presentation. Dorado Dengaku; Miso glazed fillet in a Japanese stew; Bulgogi, Korean style barbecued beef; Teriyaki Tenderloin and Orange Tamarind Chicken may be their entree.
