ACCOMMODATION DETAILS
Beach Front Villas
- The Beachfront Villas are on the edge of the beach, so you can wake up and step straight onto the sand. The private splash pool allows cooling off in the utmost privacy. With the main pool and Sandals restaurant only a minute's walk away across the sand, these villas are the epitome of luxury.
Cliff Villas
- The Cliff Villas are set high upon the precipice, with an unobstructed 180° view of the East Sea and have an added sense of privacy. The unobstructed view allows the perfect platform from which to watch the local fishing boats heading out to sea, or the sun, as it rises. Each villa is built to Mia's high standard, has over 45sq metre private garden and its own private splash pool.
Family Condos
- For the guest who wants a bit more space and a few extra home options, this option is ideal for a family! Built and finished to the usual Mia standard, the Family Condos have two bedrooms: one double with en-suite bathroom and one twin with en-suite bathroom. The lounge area allows for family time and includes a small kitchenette: sink and microwave – ideal for warming the little ones’ food. Two televisions are included, both connected to our in-house media system, allowing both audiences the luxury of their favourite programs. The serene setting on the waterfront allows Mum and Dad to have a quiet drink whilst being only footsteps away from the little ones.
Garden View Condos
- Set within the strikingly manicured gardens, with a lush banana plantation as natural coolant, the Garden View Condos are ideally located to all the main facilities on site, such as the restaurants, pool and spa whilst still including a superb view of the ocean and resort.
Garden Villas
- The Garden Villas are set in the manicured gardens – all with ocean view – and all have easy access to the private beach, restaurant and main pool. The villas are scattered throughout the gardens securing privacy. Coconut palms and sweet smelling frangipani grow between the villas, providing shade from the midday sun and a scent to feed your senses.
Mia Suites
- An ideal option for sharing with family and friends, the spacious and luxurious villas allows time with family and friends, but also complete privacy. The two Mia Suites set high on the cliff top provide the beautiful view and sounds of the East Sea and each suite has a private splash pool, allowing friends and family fun time. Each suite has two bedrooms with an interior of over 55sq metre each and features an indoor and outdoor lounge with a private garden. En-suite bathrooms are luxurious and spacious with both indoor and outdoor showers as well as bathtubs. The dining room and lounge area is over 65sq metre overlooking the private splash pool and terrace area. These suites come complete with mini kitchenette, indoor and outdoor lounge, dining room, pool deckchairs and all the trimmings.
Ocean View Condos

Located 20 minutes from Nha Trang, a shuttle bus allows you to easily explore the city. Offering water sports, day tours, dining, rides into Nha Trang - Yoga
Complimentary yoga for beginners or the more experienced is offered every Saturday late afternoon, unless otherwise specified. Udvelananda, a specialist Yogi from Nha Trang offers yoga on the beach during clear skies or in the business centre on rainy days. In addition to the weekly complimentary class, private classes can also be taken.
