The Chef has designed a menu which features the very best produce that the island has to offer. Inspired by Arabic, Indian, Persian, Asian and Swahili flavours using the local spices for which the island is famous as well as the favourite continental offerings. Every evening features a different influence showcasing the island's produce and spices.
- Livingstone Terrace
Livingstone Terrace is the open-air restaurant where breakfast is served daily from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. Dinner is also served in this venue on certain nights of the week.
- Ocean Lounge Bar & Sebule Restaurant
Sebule is the lunch restaurant open between 12:30 and 2:00 pm. It is a buffet restaurant which offers a wide selection of light fare, a tandoori oven, salad bar, pizza oven as well as a daily menu featuring the Chef's specials. The Bar and Lounge are open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Afternoon tea is served daily from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
