Frangipani Garden Pool Villa
- Set in the gardens, these two-bedroom villas, measuring 153 square metres, offer space for a family or two couples travelling together. The central living area and master suite are identical to the Luxury Pool Villa. The additional bedroom features either twin or king-size beds overlooking the gardens with French doors leading onto the deck and pool area. The en-suite bathroom features a bath, in-door shower and a single basin. There is a second bathroom in addition to the en-suite bathroom. They can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.
Frangipani Ocean Front Pool Villa
- As with the Frangipani Garden Pool Villas, these two very special villas offer two-bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the additional benefit of proximity and glorious views of the beach and Indian Ocean. They can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.

- Luxury Garden Pool Villas, measuring 99 square metres, are set in the lush gardens surrounded by tall coconut palms. The living room and bedroom both have French doors leading to the deck and pool area, but perhaps some of the best views are appreciated from the freestanding bath, which offers an uninterrupted seascape panorama. A separate WC and shower lead through to the seclusion of a private outdoor shower garden. They can accommodate up to 3 adults and a child, or 2 adults and 2 children.

Re-creating the style and elegance of an Omani Palace, The Pavilion is decorated with large Oriental glassware; handmade stone jugs and hammered steel plates. The evening begins at sunset with some soft, traditional music while enjoying light mezze and spiced olives with an aperitif. Dinner is filled with the warmth and colours of Zanzibar and brings to life the very best of Middle-Eastern, Greek, Turkish and Mediterranean food. A feast for the eyes and mouth!
