Frangipani Garden Pool Villa
- Set in the gardens, these two-bedroom villas, measuring 153 square metres, offer space for a family or two couples travelling together. The central living area and master suite are identical to the Luxury Pool Villa. The additional bedroom features either twin or king-size beds overlooking the gardens with French doors leading onto the deck and pool area. The en-suite bathroom features a bath, in-door shower and a single basin. There is a second bathroom in addition to the en-suite bathroom. They can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.
Frangipani Ocean Front Pool Villa
- As with the Frangipani Garden Pool Villas, these two very special villas offer two-bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the additional benefit of proximity and glorious views of the beach and Indian Ocean. They can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.
Luxury Garden Pool Villa
- Luxury Garden Pool Villas, measuring 99 square metres, are set in the lush gardens surrounded by tall coconut palms. These beautifully appointed villas feature a large living room leading onto a private deck with table and chairs, one day-bed, a couple of sun loungers with parasol and a private pool. The bedroom has a central, canopied king-size bed, with French doors leading onto the deck and pool, with views over the gardens. The spacious bathroom features WC, double basins, stand-alone bath and separate shower cabin. The bathroom leads onto a secluded and private small garden area with an outdoor shower. They can accommodate up to 3 adults and a child, or 2 adults and 2 children.

Prestige Ocean Front Pool Villa
- Set directly on the ocean’s edge, these wonderful one-bedroom villas, measuring 97 square metres, offer breathtaking views of the ocean from every room. The living room and bedroom both have French doors leading to the deck and pool area, but perhaps some of the best views are appreciated from the freestanding bath, which offers an uninterrupted seascape panorama. A separate WC and shower lead through to the seclusion of a private outdoor shower garden. They can accommodate up to 3 adults and a child, or 2 adults and 2 children.

Sophisticated, peaceful and unhurried, The Dining Room Bar gives a taste of old Persia with local wood and a hammered copper bar.

Cocktails and canap's are served around the pool or on the Pontoon while watching the sun set over the Indian Ocean.
- The Pontoon
Walk along the 150-metre jetty perched upon the azure waters of the Indian Ocean. By day, it serves as a boathouse for pedal boats, kayaks, hobie cats and snorkelling excursions. At night time, the jetty turns into the perfect sunset lounge bar - a magical place, ideal for gazing out to the ocean beyond and admiring the amazing sunset.

The Spa has 6 treatment pavilions, nestled amongst 2 hectares of beautiful gardens. Each luxuriously appointed pavilion leads directly onto a private garden with outdoor shower, bathtub and relaxation area. French therapist Jean Marc Weill has created an array of massages exclusively for The Spa at The Residence Zanzibar. All the beauty treatments have been entrusted to the luxury French cosmetic brand Carita.

In a luxurious and relaxing pavilion, guests can experience hairdresser services. They can also benefit from high performing treatments at the Carita Hair Spa to obtain visible results thanks to Carita's amazing product innovations and dream formulas.

The Residence Zanzibar Spa is the first hotel spa in the world to provide the Ohashiatsu concept. More than a massage, this energy-based protocol created by Mr. Wataru Ohashi combines the use of acupressure points, exercise and an Oriental diagnosis to offer relaxation in a completely beneficial and holistic way.

The Dining Room is decorated in cool, clean lines with a traditional Arab/African feel. The central restaurant offers international dishes with a hint of Zanzibar spice. Relaxed and casual in atmosphere, yet sophisticated in style, The Dining Room provides the perfect setting to enjoy breakfast, lunch or a star-lit dinner, cooled down by a tropical breeze. For breakfast, choose from a colourful array of tempting foods and drinks to begin the day with a healthy start. Alternatively, choose from a sumptuous buffet or from the la carte menu. Simple, light and relaxed, the lunch menu includes an extensive range of salads, sandwiches, pizzas and fresh fish followed by fresh fruits and light desserts. For dinner, a gastronomic journey awaits guests in The Dining Room, where you can enjoy local spices combined with European favourite mouth-watering dishes.
- The Pavilion Restaurant
Re-creating the style and elegance of an Omani Palace, The Pavilion is decorated with large Oriental glassware; handmade stone jugs and hammered steel plates. The evening begins at sunset with some soft, traditional music while enjoying light mezze and spiced olives with an aperitif. Dinner is filled with the warmth and colours of Zanzibar and brings to life the very best of Middle-Eastern, Greek, Turkish and Mediterranean food. A feast for the eyes and mouth!
- Beach & Poolside
For those who do not want to leave their lounger, lunch is delivered in a nice rattan basket. The menu includes a selection of salads, fresh seafood, fritters and pasta.

Every week, there will be themed dinners on the beach where guests can experience culinary delights from Zanzibar's multi-cultural heritage featuring African, Indian and Asian specialities.
