ACTIVITIES

Entertainment

Wines have been selected to match the Thai dishes, opening up a whole new world of taste experiences. Classily choreographed cocktails are also on the menu.

  • CoCoRum Bar

Set on the edge of our brand new 50-metre-long infinity lap pool at the Resort's private beach, CoCoRum enjoys stunning views of the Gulf of Siam and the lush green tropical hillside. It's the perfect location for a refreshing dip between decadent cocktails. At CoCoRum, you can savour Thailand's leading rum collection. The menu features fresh interpretations of classic rum cocktails. With an emphasis on fine artisanal spirits and fresh local ingredients, each drink is handcrafted and presented with elegant and playful touches.

  • Tastes of Koh Samui

Koh Samui lies in the south, where the food reflects the land's ethnic diversity - Thai, Malay, Chinese, Indian, and Japanese. Along with this blend of influences, the menu draws on the islands' most popular produce.

  • Cooking Studio

cooking class includes two recipes from the Resort's menu (changing on a daily basis) and that are simple to recreate at home. Chef will demonstrate how to cook the dish, after which it's time to get down to the hard work and have a go yourself.

  • Muay Thai kick-boxing

Discover a lesser-known side of Thailand's fascinating culture during a full-day immersion in the "Art of Eight Limbs." Step into the training ring at Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui for a private lesson with a Muay Thai pro, who will tutor you in the basic moves and techniques of the traditional Thai sport or help you refine your skills.

  • Health Club

Placed near the crest of the hillside in its own pavilion, the Health Club at Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui commands all-encompassing views of the Gulf of Siam in an inspirational setting for personal well-being. Warm up on the outdoor training and stretching deck, then exercise in air-conditioned comfort using the most advanced strength and cardiovascular training equipment, all with personal televisions and headphones.

  • Library

Centrally located within the Resort, the Library offers a wide selection of books and DVDs for guests to enjoy in the Library or on the adjacent balcony, which is furnished with lounge chairs and offers a view of the sea. Guests can borrow the books and DVDs to use in the privacy of their villas.

  • Pool

Whether amidst swaying coconut trees set against the private white-sand beach or lounging by the pool's infinity edges, guests of the Resort are invited to relax, enjoy and explore a myriad of water activities for the whole family. Thoughtful Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui attendants provide ice water, chilled towels and water spritzes on the beach.

  • The K2 Hike

Recognizing that not all guests are content to lounge poolside all day, Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui has found a way for adventurer-seekers to test their vertical limits on this Thai island in the Gulf of Thailand: The Koh Samui K2.
Not quite as tall as its namesake, the Four Seasons trail begins its ascent at "base camp" - the entrance to beachside restaurant Pla Pla - and ends at the Resort's Arrival Sala 400 feet above sea level. You won't get to plant a flag on top, but you can ring the gong at the entryway to celebrate the pinnacle of your achievement.

  • The Ascent on K2

K2 is the second-highest mountain on Earth. Although the summit of Everest is at higher altitude, K2 is considered a more difficult climb, due in part to its terrible weather and comparatively greater height above surrounding terrain. The mountain is believed by many to be the world's most difficult and dangerous climb, hence its nickname "the Savage Mountain."

  • Take a Hike

According to medical wisdom, 10,000 steps a day keeps the doctor away. It's easy to do what you're at home - running errands, chasing kids or striding down long office hallways. But what about when you're on vacation? The journey from your recliner to the ocean's edge might count for 50 steps, maximum.

  • Coconut Petanque on the beach

The best games don't always come courtesy of modern technology. The staff at Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui has given classic pétanque a tropical twist with multi-generational appeal.

  • Cocktail Classes at CoCoRum

Set beside the Resort's infinity lap pool at its private beach, CoCoRum offers a stunning setting in which to learn how to make the kinds of cocktails that suit the scenery.

  • Beach House

During the day, the Beach House is a recreational area where you can enjoy fun games and challenge each other to a friendly match at the pool table, air hockey or table tennis. Video game console is also available along with board games.
