TreeHouse Villas is located on the northern tip the island of Koh Yao Noi (Ko Yao Noi) in Phang Nga Bay, between the popular tourist destinations of Phuket and Krabi. Conceived as though by Nature’s own Architect, TreeHouse Villas, is a visionary new adults-only luxury resort design for those with a love of the environment, beauty of nature and a desire to rediscover their inner child. Set amongst the jungles canopy in a treetop location with unspoiled views to the sea and the ancient Jurassic massifs of Phang Nga Bay itself.

Beach Front Pool Villa
- The luxurious Beachfront Pool Villa, features a private 7-meter pool leading directly onto the beach. With the ocean views of the Krabi coastline, it comes complete with a private dining facility, personal bar with complimentary carafes of guest's favourite drinks, a double swing, day beds, and all decorated in a European 'shabby chic' style using up-cycled and recycled materials and a colour palette inspired from the jungle and sea. An exceptional space for two.
In the air-conditioned bedroom, the grand king-sized bed faces the private pool and beach. A large custom hammock-shaped bath, 'jungle shower' and changing room provide a delight to guests. A second bar is set up with their favourite personal selection and another day bed for further comfort and relaxation following the same shabby chic style.
Treehouse Villa
- The entry, over a suspended bridge, takes you into the signature TreeHouse Villa duplex arrangement, the lower floor is open and features a plunge pool which reaches into the jungle itself. It comes complete with a private dining facility, personal bar with complimentary carafes of guest's favourite drinks, a double swing, day beds, and high ceilings all decorated in a European 'shabby chic' style using up-cycled and recycled materials and a colour palette inspired from the jungle and sea. An exceptional space for two.
In the air conditioned upper floor, the grand king-sized bed faces a balcony which sits above the trees giving the feeling of floating over the leafy canopy and providing views over the sea to the Jurassic massifs of the bay. A large custom hammock-shaped bath, 'jungle shower' and changing room provide a delight to guests. A second bar is set up with their favourite personal selection and another day bed for further comfort and relaxation following the same colour and furniture scheme on the lower floor.

The "Al Fresco" restaurant is also located right on the beach, with additional seating in the sand under the tropical palm trees. It is a relaxing and casual restaurant presented in a refreshingly comfortable, yet elegant style with a wood-fired pizza oven, as a special feature. The cuisine is presided over by our European Host Chef and is a mix of light Mediterranean dishes, pasta & pizza dishes, contemporary culinary delights and delicious desserts. Al Fresco is the ideal location for that special and memorable romantic dinner for two, or for the self-confessed foodies amongst us. Sundowners bar is the perfect location to finish the day with a cocktail and enjoy the great evening views over the bay, before heading to dinner. Or after your meal wander over for a drink and to socialize with other guests while enjoying our LIVE music entertainment on most evenings during the week. Sundowners friendly bar staff offer a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and can mix-up special tropical cocktails for you to enjoy.
- Candle Night Dinner
TreeHouse Villas offers the unique & truly special experience of a candle light dinner right on the beach. A private and romantic setting is set up just for you and your loved one, with the choice of Thai or Western set menu. Your own private waiter will take care of you from a distance, to allow you to thoroughly enjoy your private beach dinner experience. Try one of our fine wines, or a glass of champagne to toast to a perfect dinner for two on the beach. Booking in advance is required. Personalized menus are available upon request. The spa is nestled into our lush tropical jungle and features a unique Waterfall Plunge Pool with a cozy Herbal Steam "Cave" underneath. The treatment Salas themselves are scattered within the lush foliage along the hillside of the resort & provide complete privacy.
- In-Villa Spa
Some of the spa treatments can be brought right to the villa. With portable massage tables you can enjoy some of the best treatments in the privacy of your own villa. Spa treatments will be performed in the outdoor sala section of your villa.
